How do I connect GuestHive to Smoobu or Guesty?
For Smoobu you enter your API key in the GuestHive dashboard. For Guesty you enter the Client ID and Client Secret from your Guesty account. Then press Sync & Extract, and GuestHive learns your properties from your past guest messages.
Setup in four steps
Connect your booking system
Smoobu: your API key. Guesty: Client ID and Client Secret, plus the webhook URL from the setup screen entered in Guesty, so bookings and guest messages arrive.
Import your properties
Properties imported from Guesty start with the AI switched off. You decide when it begins.
Extract your knowledge
In the Extraction Center press Sync & Extract. GuestHive pulls your past messages from the booking system and extracts what it needs to know about each property.
Choose the mode
Start on Co-Pilot, where nothing goes out without you, and switch to Autopilot when you are ready.

You can also upload files manually, such as Airbnb messages, emails and reviews, and GuestHive extracts knowledge from them in the same way.
