1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the GuestHive platform, offered by Robert Roppenecker (leFlat).

2. Service Description

GuestHive is a SaaS platform for automated guest communication. The platform helps hosts respond to guest inquiries using artificial intelligence.

3. Beta Phase

GuestHive is currently in beta phase. Features may change. There is no guarantee of availability or specific features during the beta phase.

4. Usage Rights

Upon entering into a contract, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform for the agreed period.

5. Customer Obligations

Provide truthful information during registration
Keep login credentials confidential
No misuse of the platform
Comply with applicable laws in guest communication

6. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated. Liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Changes will be announced with reasonable notice. In case of objection, the contract may be terminated.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the provider's registered office.
