Two operating modes — you decide how far it goes
- Co-PilotThe AI writes the reply and sends nothing. You release it in Telegram or in the dashboard: send, edit and send, or decline. A waiting suggestion expires after 24 hours and is never sent automatically.
- AutopilotThe AI answers your guests by itself, around the clock. When it is not confident enough, or the topic is yours, it escalates to you on its own.
The mode applies per account, per property or per booking — the more specific one wins. Switching takes effect at once.

Die Betriebsart gilt pro Konto, pro Objekt oder pro Buchung — die speziellere gewinnt. Umschalten wirkt sofort.
